Food Treats
We take pride in our sweet treats. If you are not satisfied with your order and /or purchase, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of your concern.
To be eligible for a full refund, you can contact us at contact@ssweetesttreats.com. Please provide pictures of your order. The order must be in the same condition that it was received, untouched, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your images, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card / bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
A return will not be accepted without requests and refund will not provided.

We do not issue any refunds or returns for Press and Go Nail orders.
"When will you like your order to be ready" is not guarantee for Press and Go Nail orders & Sample Nail Sizing Kit.
Exchanges
We only replace orders that are defective/ damage, we will make it right, and replace your order immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon (arrival / delivery) and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
